I’m Kind of a Superhero
To date this is my favorite picture of me. It was taken the summer of 2010 right before I got my braces put on. I was 15 years old here and maybe two weeks away from turning 16.
Now, at 17 and a half (yes, it matters!) I am slightly more jaded but just as willing to smile at the beautiful things in life, including local pride parades where the picture below was taken!

Race: Hahaha. Multiracial, to keep it simple. As one of my friends teases, I’m a mutt.
Height: 5”1 on a good day. I’m a shorty.
Interested in: Wiggers, boys at least six or seven inches taller than me with decent fashion taste, honesty, John Green, well written books, Justin Bieber, old school rap, alternative folk music (like The Civil Wars or Tyler Nail), Ryan Murphy, independent/foreign films, Jodie Picoult, equal rights for all, the beach, reading, writing, being creative, Chuck Bass, cute clothes and shoes, peanut butter, hair dye, pop music, accents, New York City, 3OH!3, Gossip Girl, Warped Tour, opinions, musical festivals, dancing, and doing well in school so i can have fun with friends. This is seriously not even a fraction of my eclectic tastes/interest.
Favorite color: Pink and purple!
Music: Anything. Legitimately, I’ll listen to anything at least one. I even like some country.
This a blurry picture of me and my best friend, Maggie, who can be found on my people to follow page. She’s my lobster and my sister and gives me all the courage in the world every single day to face my fears and just go.
To New York, that is. ;) One day I’ll end up there, if only for a while.
I’m officially a Tarheel, baby! I’m going to UNC Chapel Hill in the fall to double major in English and Elemtary Education, as well as minor in Creative Writing. I’m just a tab ambitious. I’m staying close to home for now so I can keep the debt down and get enough money to attend a school in New York for graduate school,
Family is the most important thing to me in this entire world and as soon as I scan the pictures I have of me with my parents/grandparents I’ll put them here.
